Tomorrow has a great fixture list, with National Hunt racing from Hexham and Pontefract. Any other jumps fan? Best racing there is in my book.Wednesday is the traditional first fixture of the year at Epsom,the Derby is only six weeks away.It won't be long until Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood.

I do not know much about Derby, why is Chrome as Ascot though? Seems kind of strange? Arent those horses bred for distance?

Ascot is the top track in the UK and Royal Ascot the most prestigious meet in the world. Its more of an experiment but race at Royal Ascot he is targeted for is a mile and an eighth. The one issue I see for Chrome is running in the straight, I wonder if he will like it.

Royal Ascot is June 14 through 20. I believe it is the Queen Anne he is pointed to which is on Friday of that week.

Thanks Kirby for that information, I think alot of US horse fans will now pay attention to Royal Ascot this year! All of those Chromie fans will be going nuts. I wonder when he returns to the states if he will face off with SB (if SB gets back to normal which looks very promising)

How appropriate was it for Saigon City to blow a certain win and loose at Ascot today given the anniversary today? Kinda Deja Vu, I'm sure the owner/trainer specifically ran him today.

I am about to have a heart attack because the idiots on TVG can't pronounce Ripon.They seem to think its French though its in Yorkshire. What's more they don't care they are mispronouncing it!
